- One-Way Transfer: Please note that the package includes a one-way transfer only. Remember to book your return journey separately.
- Child Seats: Unfortunately, the vehicle cannot accommodate child seats, so please plan accordingly.
- Capacity Limitations: The driver has the right to refuse service if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
- Vehicle: The size and type of vehicle will be tailored to accommodate the group size, ensuring comfort and safety for all participants.
- Upgrade Option: You have the option to upgrade to an Aircon Van for an enhanced experience, providing ample space to enjoy your adventure-filled day in Siargao.
- Departure Wait Time: For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you for up to 5-10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
- No Show Policy: If you are unreachable after this waiting period, it will be considered a 'no show,' and the driver will leave. Please note that no refund will be issued in this case.

- Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the resort departure or after the flight or boat arrival.
- Resort pick-up/drop-off will be provided within General Luna (Catangnan and Poblacion) only.
- While we strive to leave on time, we occasionally need to wait for late arrivals. To help us stay on schedule, we encourage everyone to wake up early and be ready by the advised pick-up time. For those seeking more flexibility, we recommend considering a private tour.
- An additional charge of ₱20/guest will be collected at the airport or seaport on the day of the tour. This is in accordance to the ordinance implemented by the Municipality of Del Carmen and Dapa.
